• Be responsible in quantity take off, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ), tender and contracts preparation, cost activities, process progress claims, payments and preparation of final accounts.
• Administer to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids and quotations.
• To manage & co-ordinate with clients to ensure strict deadlines are met & comprehensively done.
• Responsible for all pre and post project contracts administration for Clients and Sub-Contractors, including not limited: preparation of interim valuations and pricing, prepare payment certificates and keep track of variations to the contract that may affect costs and profitability.
• Work closely with our Operations Team to identify and evaluate progress work done, any work variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients' and Sub-Contractors' Professionals, Technical and/or Site Team on site documentation, shop drawings for submission and approval.
• Liaise with Project Manager to establish and understand the project specification and requirements
• Provide Project budgeting and costing reports. Track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Good knowledge in construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements.
• Provide all relevant information to the Managing Director and Management Team for their reviews and follow-up on any tasks required by them.
• Assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
• Be responsible in maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval.
• Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
