Role: Full-Time Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of pre and post-contract QS experience is required.

Work Schedule & Shifts

• Working Hours:
  Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm

Salary range: $3,000 - $4,500/month (Based on experience)
Days off: Approx. 6 days per month

✅ Job Scope

• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and cost reports.
• Manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Review tender drawings, identify discrepancies, and source suitable subcontractors.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.

✅ Requirements

• Proficiency in the tendering process is essential; experience in the ACMV or building industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
