About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Design & Build team.

This role supports the Project Team in managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and quality expectations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial and technical aspects of design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for ongoing and new projects.

• Support in tender documentation, quotation calls, and evaluation of supplier and subcontractor bids.

• Conduct site measurements and assist in progress claim verification and certification.

• Track project cost variations, change orders, and value engineering proposals.

• Maintain accurate records of project expenditures, contracts, and payment schedules.

• Liaise with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and deliverables.

• Assist in preparing monthly cost reports and updating project cashflow forecasts.

• Participate in final account preparation and project close-out documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.

• 2 years of working experience in design & build, construction, or interior fit-out projects.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of construction materials and methods.

• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork skills.

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment.
