- Carry out cost estimation for Tender/Project
- Taking out quantity and measurement accurately
- Prepare Quotation/Purchase Order
- Report to QS Manager prior to submission
- Ensure timely submission of Tender/Quotation
- Handover full set of tender documents to Project Manager upon award of tender
- To brief Project Manager on all cost estimation and appointed vendors
- Must ensure all documents are in order
- Must indicate on plan how the quantities were derived
- Attend tender interview/project meeting/VO meeting
- Source for vendors
- Prepare samples for submission
- Attend site showround
- Update movement chart and tender submission chart
- To follow up on tender result
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
- Diploma/Degree Cert
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Able to work independently
- Able to start at short notice
