Job Description

- To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.

- Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.

- Provide training & briefing to all new workers

- Regular check on workers' punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.

- Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.

- Supervise the progression of projects and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan

- To perform daily site safety inspections and ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and environment.

- Liaise with the relevant parties such as Main-contractors, Consultants, Sub-contractors, etc

- To participate in meetings when required

- Perform other duties and tasks assign by the Management
