We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with experience in lift and escalator projects to manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities, including preparing bills of quantities, managing tender processes, and providing cost managment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts for lift and escalator projects.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements for lift and escalator installations.
• Analyze and evaluate tender submissions, recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and variations for lift and escalator works.
• Collaborate with project manaers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with experience in lift and escalator or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and contractual procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in computer Excel, Words, Oci software etc.
