Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop architectural and interior construction drawings from design to construction stages.
- Update drawings based on revisions and feedback.
- Conduct site surveys and take measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings that meet project specifications and standards.
Requirements:
- ITE/NiTeC or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in residential architecture or interior design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Familiar with Photoshop and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Bonus: Skills in 3Ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical details.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
