Senior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con, HQ/Project)

Be part of our client's dynamic team - a distinguished A1 main contractor recognized for delivering landmark residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. The role offers a 5-day work week with performance incentives, with opportunities available at both headquarters and project sites across Singapore.

What you will do

• Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
• Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
• Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
• Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with building project experience who are interested in transitioning to MRT projects are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
