• Location: Central East

• 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm

• Salary: up to $3,000

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

• Support in evaluating contractor quotations and procurement activities.

• Help monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims.

• Measure and verify quantities of materials and work doneon-site.

• Assist in preparing interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Maintain proper documentation and cost records.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliersto ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.

• Candidate without working experience is welcomed to apply

• Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and costingpreferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCADorcost estimation softwareis an advantage.

• Good numerical, analytical, and communicationskills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independentlyor as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and growin a project environment.
