Job Description:

Provide competitive quotations with profit sheets

Able to plan and provide preliminary work schedules as required

Ability in sourcing and organizing and quotations from all related sub-trades

Check off quantity for tender and on-going projects

Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis

Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities

Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents

Manage project changes with documentation and issue Variation orders accordingly

Any other duties assigned by QS Manager

Requirements:

Attention to detail and accuracy
