Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in surveying or related civil engineering fields.
• Certification(s) in Land Surveying and related technical courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage one or more survey teams in the field, overseeing surveying activities to ensure accurate measurement and location data collection.
• Conduct and analyze research on existing survey records, legal documents, maps, and physical site evidence to gather critical information for planning surveys.
• Develop data using photogrammetry and modern geospatial techniques to support mapping, construction, land division, mining, and legal documentation.
• Define and implement the procedures and methodologies for establishing or reestablishing control points and other survey reference data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, safety, and technical standards during all phases of surveying work.
