Job Description:
- Work with teams to carry out day to day quantity surveyor works assigned such as:-
- Perform Taking off quantities
- Tendering of projects as assigned by the Manager
- Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials
- Prepare and follow up Progress payment and claims in timely manner
- Contract administration
- Prepare VO
- Final Accounts
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min. 1 years in civil or LTA projects experience
