Job Title: M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ID8169)
Location: Aljunied, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Salary: $4000 - $6000

Job Description:
-All Contracts administration works
-Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
-Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
-Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
-Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
-Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
-To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
-To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
-Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
-To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
-Risk analysis evaluation
-Feasibility studies
-Any other adhoc duties when required.

Requirement:
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry
-Good written communication skills
-Good track record
-Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
