Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with architects and ensuring smooth site execution. You will be responsible for aligning technical and design requirements, solving site issues, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tCoordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.

\t• \tSupervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

\t• \tIdentify and resolve technical or design discrepancies in a timely manner.

\t• \tEnsure work progresses according to schedule and report any delays or issues to the project manager.

\t• \tAttend coordination and site meetings; prepare progress reports and documentation as required.

\t• \tLiaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders when necessary.

\t• \tEnsure quality control and adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

\t• \tBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

\t• \tMinimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering projects.

\t• \tStrong understanding of construction drawings, structural detailing, and local building codes.

\t• \tGood interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

\t• \tSelf-motivated with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.

\t• \tFamiliarity with site operations, safety regulations, and project documentation.

\t• \tProficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
