Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to meet project timelines

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with BCA and safety regulations

• Report progress, delays, and issues to the director

• Assist in quality control and ensure workmanship meets standards

Office & Compliance Support

• Prepare and submit site reports, timesheets, and material records

• Assist in preparing documents for BCA, MOM, insurance, and permit applications

• Maintain proper filing of site photos, invoices, and delivery orders

• Support director in procurement, quotation comparison, and vendor coordination

• Help with staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR records

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and government officers when needed
