Job Scopes:
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Responsible for quantity measurement, progress claim, verify subcontractor certificate, variation order and final account settlement.
- Establish and evaluate quotation from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage materials order and cost control.
- Prepare bill of quantity for tender.
- To handle other QS duties or related job as assigned by superior.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field (Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor or construction related works.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, measurements and cost control processes
- Responsible, self-motivated and well organised.
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
