RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation

• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

• Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments

• Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings and other constraints.

• All other QS related job

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent

. Preferred skill related to bluebean and Cubicost

• Able to work independently

• At least 3 years of working experience with main contractor

• High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful

• 5.5 days work per week (alternate Saturday off)
