Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations

Facility Operations
- Conduct routine monitoring, spot checks, servicing of all building facilities such as central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter replacement, compressors, BMS, plumbing, HVAC equipment and electrical system
- Attend to all facilities work and M&E installations as well as to co-ordinate with contractors in on repairing work.
- Provide support to production and assist in machine installations such as power hook-up, CDA, vacuum and process cooling water, exhaust pipe and other set-up in the production floor.
- Ensure uptime operations of Air Conditioning (ACMV) systems, Compress Dryer system , Vacuum Pump system ,Process Chilled water and SCADA System
- Handle emergency events and be part of ERT Team
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and local authorities on building maintenance system
Job Specification:
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering and Facility Management qualifications.
- It will be an added advantage if you have/are any of the following:
- Knowledge on ISO 140001 and OHSAS18K management system
- Experience in facility and /or building management
- Working knowledge in cleanroom environment
- Able to perform 12-hour shift roster (Day and Night shifts required)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to take initiative, a 'self-starters' who is able to work with minimal supervision
