Job Description & Requirements

The Company is looking for young dynamic personnel to be Quantity Surveyor for high end residential projects.

• Perform sales support role and respond to customer inquiries via email/phone
• Obtain specifications from clients/designers and calculate or measure quantities from floorplan drawing
• Prepare samples and quotations
• Follow up with clients on quotation orders
• Manage invoicing
• Prepare managment reports for costing and cash flow projection on a monthy basis

Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• IT Skill (s); Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Strong Team player with good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Preferably Candidate specializing in Quantity Surveying, Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent with Diploma and above certification.
• Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works and costing.
