Responsibilities:

What We Offer:
- Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and budgets for projects.
- Manage full QS cycle: from tendering and contract administration to final account submission.
- Review and analyze subcontractor quotations and variation orders.
- Provide timely cost reports and advice to project teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore, preferably in Architecture or M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, tendering processes, and contract administration.
- Experience in full-cycle QS work: estimation, measurement, valuation, and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant QS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
