Job Summary:

The wettrade works sub contractor Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. This role involves managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, communicating with stakeholders, and handling onsite issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site operations and workforce activities.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays.

Liaise with Main contractor.

Allocate tasks and provide clear direction to workers.
