Join Our Team as a Construction Supervisor

We are seeking motivated and independent individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage, implement, and monitor assigned projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and desired quality standards. Support the Management in coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
2. Supervise the deployment team to ensure safe practices, high-quality work, and on-time project delivery.
3. Oversee site administration, including workplace safety compliance and control of materials/equipment.
4. Coordinate and supervise site operations, workers, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Participate in daily site meetings and communicate effectively across all levels.
5. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE/technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in project supervision or site management preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards will be an advantage.
