Job Responsibilities:

* Assist Contract manager conducts cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.

* Prepare contracts and documents.

* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.

* Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation.

* Assist in billings.

* Manage and resolve key contractual issues such as variations, extension of time (EOT) and claims for loss and expense.

* Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis.

* Perform variation order.

* To verify subcontractors' / suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying

* 2 to 3 years of work experiences as Quantity Surveyor in MRT construction

* Experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage

* Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills

* Able to commence work with short notice
