- Contract and Project claims

- Tender and contracts submission

- Invoicing, contracts and tendering of projects

- Prepare contracts and documents

- Valuation of work and payments

- Manage subcontractors

- Contract administration

- Submit quarterly payment report to Managing Director/ Director/ Project Director/ Senior Manager/ Project Manager for review

- Engage in other duties assigned by Managing Director/ Director/ Senior Manager/ Project Manager that is associated with the Company

- Report directly to the Managing Director / Director on all matters
