We are looking for a Research Associate to join a CITIES OF TOMORROW (CoT) R&D project for VERTICAL 5: CITY IN NATURE. The project plays a pivotal role in ensuring a resilient urban environment against climate change and contributes to NTU strategic research in Resilient Urbanisation & Natural Ecosystems that is aligned with Singapore's national Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2025 plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laboratory and field tests
• Acquiring videos/photographs and developing 3D models of trees
• Compile test data, maintain database and conduct analysis
• Assist to prepare budgets, reports and papers

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in relevant discipline or related field
• Strong understanding of physics
• Adaptability to laboratory and field work.
• Good written and oral communication skills for report writing
• Knowledge of software like Matlab, Python, 3DF Zephyr or equivalent 3D modelling software will be an advantage.
• Experience in journal publication will be an advantage.
• Class 3 driving license (Singapore) will be an advantage.
