Job Responsibilities:

* Assist Contract manager conducts cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.

* Prepare contracts and documents.

* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement

* Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation

* Assist in billings

* Manage and resolve key contractual issues such as variations, extension of time (EOT) and claims for loss and expense

* Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis

* Perform variation order

* To verify subcontractors' / suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates

Job Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying

* 3 to 5 years of work experiences as Quantity Surveyor in trackwork/construction

* Experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage

* Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills

* Able to commence work with short notice
