Tenure: 6 months

Working hours: Office hours (Monday - Friday)

Salary From 2,600 to $3,500 (fresh to 7 years' experience).

• Editing and cleaning of approved building / floor plans in various formats, both in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
• Ensuring clean CAD / BIM data is systematically documented, organised, and filed.
• Working in a team environment to track the progress of data digitalisation and ensure that the pipeline of data is delivered in a timely manner to support use and implementation.

Requirements:

1. Educational or professional experience in building and architecture-related projects (e.g. Diploma in Architecture or related fields / professional experience in drafting) and should be proficient in the use of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD). Candidates should also be able to read and interpret building / floor plans.
2. Proficiency in BIM data (e.g. Autodesk Revit), while not essential, is advantageous.
3. Able to comply with SOPs to ensure integrity and cleanliness of data, with strong attention to detail.
4. Possesses strong collaborative skills, and able to deliver objectives in a team-based setting.
