Work Type: 6-Month Contract or end 31 Mar 2026

Salary: Up to $ 3,500 per month

What you will be working on?

• Editing and cleaning of approved building / floor plans in various formats, both in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
• Ensuring clean CAD / BIM data is systematically documented, organised, and filed.
• Working in a team environment to track the progress of data digitalisation and ensure that the pipeline of data is delivered in a timely manner to support use and implementation.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Educational or professional experience in building and architecture-related projects (e.g. Diploma in Architecture or related fields / professional experience in drafting)
• Proficient in the use of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD).
• Able to read and interpret building / floor plans.
