• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; Sat 8 am - 12 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender and contracts
• Undertaking cost analysis for tenders, repair, and maintenance project work
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors
• Manage all costs relating to projects, seeking to minimize costs and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
• Adhoc duties as assigned
