We're Growing! Join Us as a Drafter / 3D Visualiser for Commercial Offices

Our passionate design team is expanding, and we're looking for talented Drafters / Designers with strong Autocad and 3D rendering skills (Enscape & Sketchup V-Ray preferred).

What you'll be doing

1. Producing detailed CAD drawings for M&E works, custom carpentry and submission construction drawings for commercial interior fit-outs
2. Collaborate with the design team to interpret and translate architectural concepts into detailed 2D and 3D representations
3. Produce 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to corporate clients in Singapore
4. Developing visual concepts and design proposals
5. Assisting our Design Team Leaders for their client presentations

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, M&E Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualisation
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape rendering software
4. Strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure drawings and models are accurate and compliant
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
