Job Scope:
Responsibilities:
- Understand the contract scope and perform operational maintenance activities for assigned projects or tender works.
- Share scope of works with the operations team and conduct training to ensure familiarity with DLP maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.
- Prepare and submit RA/MOS/SWP for necessary tasks to be carried out on-site.
- Coordinate PM schedules with OEMs/Vendors and monitor service scope in line with contract requirements.
- Verify PM service reports prior to submission to the client.
- Prepare draft quotations and liaise with the cost control team for site-related activities.
- Manage preventive maintenance contract scope to meet KPI and SLA targets.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and emergencies, providing timely updates.
- Attend meetings and presentations as required, managing site activities effectively.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and monitor team activities.
- Promote workplace safety and reinforce risk assessment practices among team members.
- Escalate unresolved or urgent matters to management for direction and support.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Relevant work experience preferably in facilities management.
- Technical knowledge and experience in data centre operations will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
