Responsibilities
- Attend daily subcontractor meetings and conduct survey setting-out as required for structural and architectural works.
- Maintain clear communication with project teams and subcontractors to align planning and ensure task timelines are met.
- Ensure high accuracy in all survey points and proper handover to minimize on-site errors.
- Perform routine checks on formwork levels before and after casting, verifying as-built slab levels and vertical alignment of walls/columns.
- Conduct repeated checks and closing verification of survey works to eliminate potential errors.
- Manage timely calibration and servicing of surveying equipment, maintaining records for audits and SOP compliance.
- Liaise with Licensed Land Surveyors for AMSL and as-built surveys, ensuring submissions meet authority requirements.
- Support site Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Proactively pursue upskilling through relevant courses and propose modern survey equipment/methods for site efficiency.
- Mentor new survey team members to ensure smooth integration and uninterrupted site progress.
- Undertake additional responsibilities to support project cost-saving and team objectives.
