Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Site Coordinator Cum Draftsman to oversee day-to-day operations on construction and landscaping sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and excellent communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction and landscaping activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact on site for contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Schedule and oversee deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Monitor workforce productivity and manage labour allocation.
• Maintain daily site logs and reporting on progress, delays, or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance.
• Assist with project planning, resource management, and budgeting as needed.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction and landscaping processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field.
• Bilingual skills (depending on site/team needs).
