RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation.

• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders/quotation on time.

• Request, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare final account and submission of final bills of quantities.

• Prepare and issue progress payment certificates for subcontractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying

• Able to work independently

• At least 3 years of working experience in construction field
