Key Responsibility :

• Assist designers in reviewing construction drawings and preparing accurate quantity take-offs and material requirements.
• Analyze cost implications for maintenance works and additional building requirements; negotiate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all tender processes and submissions.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate received proposals based on price, scope, and quality, and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum with diploma or degree in quantity survey or related field
• Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided
