Responsibilities

• Support tender team with quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract and drawing review, and tender cost proposals. Attend relevant meetings.

• Support construction projects in estimation task

• Source and compare quotations and pricing

• Expect job rotation and experience of QS role in Estimation, Procurement and Project.

• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in a QS role. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Knowledge in Cubicost TAS software will be an advantage

• Proficient in cost estimation and sourcing

• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
