Job Description

• Assist the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers in planning and coordination of electrical facilities.
• Participate in design, interface, and technical clarification meetings with stakeholders such as consultants, development teams, and clinical users.
• Provide FM-related inputs to design consultants to ensure electrical systems are maintainable, safe, and aligned with operational needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in electrical engineering, automation, and smart facilities that can enhance hospital operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project timelines and requirements.
• Assist in preparing for the eventual operational readiness of the electrical systems.
• Support broader facilities management initiatives and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or electrical systems management.
• Prior experience in electrical installation or project work is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure or hospital facilities will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark and GreenGov.SG sustainability requirements is a plus.
