Job Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D plumbing and sanitary system drawings using BIM software
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for model integration and clash detection
- Prepare construction details, material submissions, and update models throughout project stages
- Support administrative processes including tender submissions, quotations, and inventory tracking
- Participate in site meetings and assist in work claim documentation and project reporting
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BIM, or relevant field preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit or other BIM-related software (training can be provided)
- Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to project goals
