Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and

settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers

• Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders

• Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management's direction

• Attend meetings/ site meetings

• Work closely with teammates

• Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure

• Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in local Building industry

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associate)
