Duties:
•    Assessing strength and resilience of the patient and family
•    Family education on the physical and psychosocial needs
•    Counselling for individuals
•    Facilitating in risk and financial assistance
 
Requirements:
•    Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant industry
•    Possess a passion in helping other people
•    Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
