Senior Assistant Programme Executive – Recruitment (Intergenerational Learning Programme)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement effective strategies to promote the Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) to seniors
  • Recruit senior participants for the ILP workshops
  • Process course registrations through the Training Management System (TMS)
  • Manage administrative matters related to recruitment
  • Assist Team Lead in preparing for the monthly report submissions
  • Handle senior enquiries through phone calls, text messages and emails
  • Travel down to the various schools within Singapore to oversee the ILP workshops
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder and above
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous & able to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel to different schools and provide admin support 

Work Location: Tiong Bahru
