Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of 
• Motivate residents through their day to day interaction 
• Handle residents’ complaints
• Refer residents’ issues to Social Worker when necessary
• Assist in institutional programmes such as outings
• Oversee Halfway House estate management 
• Assist in monitoring of workplace safety and health standards 
• Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of Halfway House

Requirements:

• Secondary and above
• At least 3 years of continuous sobriety (applicable for ex-offenders)
• Willing to work shifts hours (2 rotating shift schedule with 2 day off per week)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Matured and able to balance caring for residents as well as ensuring protocols and safety is in order
• Excellent team player & able to work independently
• Able to drive (Class 3 License)
• Able to speak and understand any Chinese Dialect
