Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration:

• Work alongside the Associate Director of Fundraising and Donor Relations to create and implement targeted fundraising strategies aimed at increasing donor engagement and financial support.
• Analyze fundraising trends and donor feedback to inform strategy adjustments and identify new opportunities.

Fundraising Support:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of special fundraising projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor expectations.
• Actively solicit major gifts, crafting personalized proposals and engaging in one-on-one meetings with potential donors.

Donor Research and Pipeline Development:

• Perform thorough research on both current and prospective donors to understand their philanthropic interests, motivations, and giving history.

Acknowledgment:

• Oversee the preparation and distribution of donor acknowledgments, ensuring that all contributions are recognized promptly and thoughtfully.
• Prepare reports that detail the impact of donor gifts, showcasing how funds are used and the outcomes achieved.

Communication and Database Management:

• Manage all donor communications, including thank-you letters, newsletters, and updates on organizational initiatives and achievements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of donor interactions, contributions, and communications in the donor management database.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or any related field.
• Min 3 years experience in fundraising for public sector/education institute. 
• Keen on helping those in need & interested in doing social work.
