Job Summary

This position is responsible to coordinate and execute all corporate marketing and branding initiatives for CCSS. This includes the full scope of liaising with service providers, internal & external communications, and managing production of corporate collaterals; vetting, content creation and copywriting, and overseeing design/artwork; to develop and carry out communication strategies and brand strategies to enhance CCSS corporate identity. This position requires one to be resourceful in building good internal and external relationships, and to be a good team player to contribute to the achievement of overall team targets in alignment to CCSS’s mission and vision. This position includes additional portfolio for SG Cares Volunteer Centre’s branding strategies as well.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and enhance the CCSS brand management and corporate identity, including SG Cares Volunteer Centres branding strategies
  • Draft communications materials including press releases, speeches, marketing brochures, powerpoint decks, web copy, to raise awareness of CCSS
  • Leverage owned digital platforms to generate awareness and build understanding of company key initiatives and programmes.
  • Evaluate outcomes and generate new ideas to augment efforts in communications and engagement
  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans including outreach and engagement activities to generate awareness and build understanding of CCSS initiatives amongst key stakeholders
  • Provide support in the management of public feedback and complaints.
  • Analyze trends (relative to past performance and external benchmarks) and prepare necessary reports for the Board and Senior Management.
  • Create company literature and other forms of communication to maintain efficiency of work processes such as SOPs, brand guidelines, corporate communication workplan calendar.

Project Management on Corporate and Fundraising Events

  • Involve in management of projects and corporate events as assigned
  • Develop publicity materials for awareness and fundraising projects, corporate events.
  • Ensure compliance to the Charity Act, PDPA and other regulatory matters that are relevant to the corporate and/or fundraising activities.
  • Respond to enquiries, assist/support the team in a professional and timely manner and serve as liaison person for community partners or external organizations
  • Assist in promotion, support and fundraising for CCSS
  • Operate within agreed fundraising and events budget

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio of communication and awareness-raising materials; with a wide degree of creativity
  • Excellent written communication skills and aesthetically inclined
  • Independent and self-motivated and has a heart for the underprivileged, and a calling to serve the community.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experienced working in a VWO/ NPO/ Social Service sector.
