Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices and quotations
- Organize and electronically file sales and purchase invoices
- Manage and maintain project documents
- Coordinate order placement with suppliers
- Track and manage workers' schedules and leave records
- Compile pre-show and post-show reports for each project
- Administer claim sheets
- Maintain and update company website and social medias
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by managers
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese language.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in project administrative or related roles in interior renovations or construction industry.
- Strong skills in Google sheet, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
