An established government-linked agency in the community health sector is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team as Temp Admin Assistant to provide support for system implementation and community care development.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of a standardised care assessment framework in Singapore
• Integrate IT systems essential to the development of care assessment
• Track progress and ensure compliance to timelines in project development and implementation
• Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders to support the care assessment team
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels/Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office; Good working knowledge of MS Excel is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
