• Support and assist in providing oversight of unit dose repackaging and barcoding operations in Barcode Pharmacy.
• Operate Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medication into barcoded unit dose.
• Ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment, automation system processes and workplace cleanliness.
• Conduct Quality Control Check on repackaged drugs.
• Conduct Drug Storage Audit Check in patient care areas and report findings to stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate bin in Automated Dispensing Cabinets to ensure medication safety
• Perform inventory management in Barcode Pharmacy & Automated Dispensing Cabinets, e.g. ordering, drugs distribution, expiry date tracking, discrepancies reconciliation, space planning and drug bin creation/ modification in the cabinets.
• Ensure medication safety in repackaging process and drug storage aspects.

Requirements

• Min Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support)
• Computer literate (Preferably Microsoft Excel and Access)
