Job Opportunity: Call Centre Agent (Government Project)
Location: Chai Chee
Salary: $13/hour
Work Schedule
Training (1 Week):
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Official Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
May be tasked with other shifts subject to call volume:
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Shift Pattern:
4 weekdays + 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
