Responsibilities
Payroll
1.1 Process monthly payroll
1.2 Review and calculate overtime for employees.
1.3 Prepare payroll reports and upload bank export files for approval.
1.4 Ensure proper organization and filing of payroll documents, including all supporting materials and authorizations.
1.5 Generate payslips for employees to access via the e-Payslip system.
1.6 Prepare the Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for the Finance Department.
1.7 Submit Payroll Reports and Recharges to the Finance Department within the first week of each month.
1.8 Submit the monthly CPF contribution and provide CPF acknowledgment to the relevant Finance personnel.
1.9 Reconcile and tally the monthly FWL payment advices
Admin
2.1 Process and submit claims for employees.
2.2 Assist with matters related to surveys.
2.3 Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as needed.
2.4 Prepare the required HR monthly reports.
2.5 Perform any other tasks as directed by the Head of Human Resources.
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in HR
- Experience with payroll processing using Timesoft E-Payroll and proficiency in Timesoft HRIS is required
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities, strong numerical skills, attention to detail
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act
