Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :

  • To arrange daily operation team schedule & needs.
  • To liaise with sales, customers, suppliers and management.
  • To update daily FMS data for operation and inventories.
  • To update monthly LP renewal.

(B) General :

  • To conduct every morning operations briefing.
  • To ensure workshop and yard housekeeping.
  • To cover sales duties when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

  • Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations.

Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

  • GCE O level and above.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Good communications skills at different levels.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

(C) Experience :

  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
